Lovely paint mare for 1/2 lease to knowledgable western rider in Brinston, Ontario

Looking for a dedicated person who would like some saddle time. "western pleasure only" - Sorry, NO GAMING !!

We have a lovely very well mannered, well trained paint mare, who we would like to find a part boarder for. She is western trained, so would like to find someone who has ridden western "has had formal training/lessons before, and is experienced in this discipline - considered to be an experienced rider, as I do not have time to teach someone to ride her". I have a full time job, a 2 YO son, a farm to care for with other horses that need training and riding as well. Yup - a bit streched - Lol

We are a private facility with an indoor arena. Very nice facility. Reason for part boarder wanted for this horse, is to help keep this mare fit as we find it hard to find the time to ride her, more than twice a week for the reasons listed above.

We would be open to half board at $ 200.00 / month all inclusive,

or come spring/summer would be open to exchange for farm help - once a week - Preferably on the weekend: flexible though if not possible due to other job hours etc.
Plus someone who could Cover us for a week / Yr while we go on vacation and cover some weekends in the summer when we are at shows etc. (usually we only go to three or four shows a year).

chores would be as follows:
- Feeding / watering if needed,
- mucking a couple stalls when horses are in - usually they are out with access to huge run in shelters with only two that come in on a regular basis, as they are clipped and blanketed to work throught the winter. Others are blanketed and use loafing barn, and are only closed in if it is a cold rain or freezing rain, that sort of thing.
- picking the loafing barn "shelter" (we do this daily just like the stalls)
- cutting the grass in the "green season" on a riding lawn mower.

Chores are fairly easy, as we only have six horses and a great set up.

We are located in Brinston: less than 10 Mins to South Mountain, 20 Mins from: Prescott, Winchester, Chesterville, Morrisburg. 25 Mins to Kemptville and 30 Mins to Brockville, 1 Hr to Ottawa and Cornwall.

Must be an adult and have your own reliable transportation, must be a member with the Ontario Equestrian Federation, or willing to be, for insurance reasons.
